Fei-Yen the Mutu is a 2nd generation VR and a variation of the RVR-14 Fei-Yen Kn. It does not appear in any playable form.

This variation of Fei-Yen Kn appears to be oriented towards ranged combat, due to the lack of the Gusho-no-Jiai, instead wielding a pair of Kenja-no-Mouai. The heart hoops and twintails on her are of a distinctive, stylized variety different than the ones on the standard Fei-Yen Kn, having a kind of transparent look to them. A finish unique to CG. Her overall design is reminiscent of an Indian woman.
She was first featured in 1998 by Sega AM3 (which was the series developer) for a summer greeting card. An image of her is also featured in the art book SELECT -issue 01-.[1]
